Only 1 free trial is allowed per user (or household), and signing up after your free trial will result in automatic billing. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you forfeit the remainder of your subscription for the time that remains in your billing cycle. If you forget to cancel while taking the free trial, your payment will not be refunded, no exceptions. Staying on as a member past the free trial week is your commitment to becoming a paying member, so your payment will not be refunded, no exceptions.
16) You will be billed on the same date each month/year and your subscription will automatically renew at the rates you signed up for unless you cancel your membership prior to the end of your billing period. Please make a note of your subscription date should you ever wish to cancel prior to your next renewal date to avoid being billed, as we do not offer refunds (no exceptions). PayPal users can manage their subscription within their PayPal account, and Credit Card users on our site will be able to manage their account inside the Member Area.
